By using our website and enrolling your child in our center, you agree to the following terms of service:

Enrollment

In order for your child to attend our center, parents must complete an enrollment application and provide all necessary documentation, including proof of vaccination. The enrollment application can be found on our website and must be completed in full, including all emergency contact information, before your child can begin attending the center. Additionally, all children must have up-to-date immunizations as required by the state of New Jersey.

Attendance

Children are expected to attend the center on a regular basis and must be picked up and dropped off on time. Parents must inform the center of any absences in advance. In the event of a child’s prolonged absence, the center reserves the right to terminate the child’s enrollment.

Fees

Parents are responsible for paying tuition and any additional fees on a timely basis. Payment schedules and methods can be found on our website. The center reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment if fees are not paid in full. Additionally, there will be a late fee applied to any payments made after the due date.

Health and Safety

The center follows all state and local health and safety regulations and has strict protocols in place to ensure the well-being of all children and staff members. Parents must inform the center of any health concerns or allergies their child may have, and provide any necessary medication or medical equipment.

Behavior

The center has a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of violence or bullying and expects the children to act in a respectful and cooperative manner towards others. Any child whose behavior is deemed harmful to themselves or others will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment.

Confidentiality

All personal information provided by parents will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the parents’ consent. This includes, but is not limited to, contact information, medical information, and financial information.

Termination of Enrollment

The center reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment at any time if the child’s behavior or the parent’s conduct interferes with the well-being of other children or staff members, or if the parent fails to comply with any of the terms outlined in these terms of service.

Liability

The center is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left at the center. Parents should label all personal items and are encouraged to not bring valuables to the center.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
